The lack of staffing and slow service was a major inconvenience during our stay. There was only one person on duty, who struggled to manage the restaurant, bar, reception, and other duties. This resulted in long wait times for orders and check-in, which was frustrating. Although the food was tasty, the service left much to be desired. We hope the hotel management can address these issues in the future to improve the guest experience.
